illumr is a Deep Tech AI company. Their latest product ROSA is a cutting edge AI tool that removes bias from datasets. It improves fairness in decision making whilst allowing corporations to comply with global regulation.

Removing bias from automated decision making has recently become a massive problem, e.g. Amazon recently ditched their AI screening tool due to gender bias and Apple Card was investigated after complaints it was sexist towards women applying for credit.

Rosa empowers organisations with an ability to not only explain the bias removal process but also a distributed ledger so they can demonstrate to auditors how and when the de-biasing took place enabling them to comply with global regulations.

Current clients for illumr's first product Columbus include the Ministry of Defence, Banco Sabadell, easyJet, Centrica and Unilever. They are in discussions with these and other large corporations including Deloitte, HSBC and Roche Pharmaceuticals with regard to Rosa.
