Applications are in power conversion circuits in consumer electronics — power supplies— and automotive — Electric Vehicle (EV) on-board-charger. CGD technology can deliver the today’s most desirable combination for consumer and automotive electronics: reduced charging time, lower energy losses and associated CO2 emission, and lighter and less bulky systems.

CGD solution is the results of more than 10 years of research in GaN power devices and it is protected by a strong IP portfolio of 14 patents (4 granted). We follow the fabless business model and we have leveraged our 30 years of experience in the field of power devices to secure the world’s #1 partners in the supply chain. This allows us to deliver to our customers a low cost and high reliable product as well as short development cycles. Our team is formed by 16 people with experience and track record to succeed both in the fabless model and in the power electronics market.
