Kathy is a Principal at Downing Ventures where she leads investments in Seed-Series B technology companies across a wide range of sectors. She currently sits on the Board of ADAY (sustainable women’s apparel) and is a Board observer for TrinnyLondon (beauty & cosmetics) and Aventus Platform (SaaS).

Prior to joining Downing in March 2018, she worked at Microsoft and Bloomberg LP, and obtained an MBA from Oxford.
