Alexia is particularly interested in how technology is redefining financial services at every level of the stack. Her key area of interest is infrastructure for financial services and the value that next generation data products, currently largely driven by Open Banking regulation, will unlock for the industry. She believes there are huge opportunities including the wider provision of holistic personal financial management and the fairer distribution of financial products through non-traditional channels.

Alexia joined MMC from Santander InnoVentures, Santander's venture capital arm. Whilst there, Alexia invested in fintech companies across the wealth management, retail and SME banking space, giving her a first-hand insight into how bank and fintech partnerships can work to the benefit of both parties when executed well.
